Straight answers about limits, safety and how filing works.
Which people count toward the limit?
People you paid at the same time in a month. If one person leaves and another joins in the same month, they share a place. Archiving someone doesn't remove them from a month they were paid in, so set their last working day on the roster instead.
What happens if my team outgrows my plan?
Nothing is deleted. You can't add more active staff than your plan allows, and a month's file won't generate until the team fits. You can upgrade, or fix the start and last working dates if they're wrong.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card and has no time limit, so you can run real months on it before you decide.
Do you submit to CPF for me?
No. Wageclerk builds the file and you upload it in CPF EZPay yourself. Check the totals there before you pay.
How safe are my staff's ID numbers?
NRIC and FIN numbers are encrypted before they are saved, and only our server can read them back, to build your file. Each business's data is kept separate in the database.
Is Wageclerk connected to the CPF Board?
No. Wageclerk is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the CPF Board. Always check figures before you submit.
